Job Overview

This role is focused on providing technical support and customization services for the Flexcube core banking system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Flexcube, with a strong understanding of the universal banking base and banking domain processes. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and customize Oracle Flexcube modules including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs.
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process.
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
