Job Description

As a seasoned Software Architect, you will lead a team of full-stack developers in crafting innovative web applications.

  • Oversee the development of modern web applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Node.js, leveraging your expertise in software engineering to drive results.
  • Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance, providing actionable feedback to team members.
  • Guide team members in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps, promoting a culture of excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development, as well as hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and complex query design.
  • Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and mentoring developers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Good to Have

The following skills are desirable but not required:

  • Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest).
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
