Job Title: Process and Policy Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with various regulations as well as strengthening systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include the implementation and adherence of all compliance-related items, as well as responsible for regulatory reporting related to policies and processes. You will also determine the impact of introducing new or revised policies on branches, customers, and products.

To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, and Fraud Management. Your ability to build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer-centric processes, interact and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and business functions, and draft and review process guidelines will also be highly valued.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Education - MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college is preferred but not necessary. Work experience - Prior experience in setting up policies and processes for liabilities products will be an added advantage.
