We are seeking a highly skilled Admission Counselor to join our team at VIBGYOR Group of Schools. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for parents and students throughout the admission process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of admission, from initial inquiries to final enrollment. You will work closely with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parent Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Admission Process Management: Coordinate all aspects of the admission process, including scheduling meetings, conducting tours, and facilitating communication between parents and staff.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promoting the school's programs and services to attract new families.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage admission records, track applications, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with parents and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.).
Compensation

The salary range for this position is ₹450,000 - ₹550,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
