Capital One India's HR Operations team is dedicated to delivering exceptional business results through effective programs and solutions that enhance the associate and candidate experience. Our goal is to create scalable and efficient people practices. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Risk Lead to join our dynamic HR team.

The successful candidate will lead risk management activities within the HR function, embedding risk management principles in all aspects of HR work. They will design strategies and work plans for the function, ensuring timely delivery of activities. Additionally, they will oversee functional and leadership communications, change management, and ensure that the agenda is understood, resources are aligned, and delivery is managed.

As an HR Risk Lead, you will represent HR in centralized risk management forums and projects, providing valuable insights into central programs to ensure work driven into HR is proportionate and appropriate. You will interpret central requests and facilitate delivery of required work within HR, including leading HR through external reviews and audits, including those conducted by regulators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in local risk assessments (FMEA, PLA, etc)
  • Own BCM Plans for India HR Functions
  • Identify and remediate local issues and events
  • Implement local tasks for regulatory changes
  • Aggregate and report local risks
  • Identify local HR models
  • Support local audits and exams
  • Provide risk advisory support for local HR

**Qualifications:**

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional projects and programs in HR Risk
  • 8+ years of experience in risk or audit management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification
