The Customer Relationship Executive will engage with inbound leads, provide information about health transformation programs, guide new leads through the enrolment process, and maintain client data using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming leads via phone calls, messages, emails, and social media with prompt and accurate responses.
  • Communicate clear and concise information about health transformation programs.
  • Guide new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process, coordinating with the internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain, manage, and update client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • Support clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when needed, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to keep clients updated on any unforeseen delays or process changes.
  • Assist in community engagement and promotional initiatives as required.
  • Conduct data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in customer service, inside sales, or relationship management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
