Operations Excellence Manager

This pivotal role oversees the seamless execution of various operations to ensure timely compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in retaining and acquiring new clientele.

The key responsibilities include ensuring brands adhere to existing rules, standardizing formats according to government or brand requirements, documenting collections and verification, and conducting proactive follow-ups with key brands and stakeholders.

The successful candidate must possess a keen eye for detail, particularly in terms of compliance-related documentation. They must also be able to handle multiple teams, increase efficiency by building optimized processes, maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors, and develop quality assurance protocols.

Key responsibilities also include actively pursuing strategic and operational objectives, tracking staffing requirements, and leading a large team in a demanding environment. The candidate will partner with cross-functional support teams to improve implementation processes and work closely with legal and safety departments to ensure compliance.

Requirements for this role include 8+ years of experience in handling operations, past experience in waste management, ability to work efficiently on multiple projects, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade others and build consensus.
