Job Title

A Tech Infrastructure Specialist is required to manage, optimize, and migrate enterprise technology infrastructure across cloud platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 10–12 + years of experience in managing and leading enterprise-scale technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, with strong knowledge of cloud cost structures and experience in end-to-end infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize application stacks on Azure and AWS for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Lead and manage cross-cloud migrations and hybrid cloud implementations.
  • In-depth understanding and management of cloud chargeback models, billing, and pricing strategies in both Azure and AWS.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives across infrastructure environments.
  • Implement and manage standardized processes for infrastructure governance, change management, and incident handling.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of Tech Infrastructure, including networking, storage, compute, identity, and security.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to ensure seamless infrastructure support.
  • Provide infrastructure architectural guidance for new and existing deployments.
Requirements
  • 10–12 + years of experience in managing and leading enterprise-scale technology infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS, including services, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to migrate and implement infrastructure across cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud cost management methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer).
  • Process-oriented approach to infrastructure management (e.g., ITIL, Agile, DevOps).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
  • Experience in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Exposure to infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
