System Engineer Position Overview

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and sales strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-depth technical knowledge of training solutions to the sales team.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and certification requirements from vendor partners.
  • Develop technical proposals and assist in responding to RFPs.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring seamless implementation of training programs.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product and curriculum teams.

About Our Ideal Candidate

  • Key Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance requirements, and security certifications.
  • Expertise in vendor-specific security solutions from Cisco, Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, etc.
  • Ability to advise on secure network infrastructure solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
  • Knowledge of network security architecture and zero-trust implementation strategies.
