Facilities Executive Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Executive, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for managing on-site technical operations, including HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and electrical infrastructure.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with clients, site teams, and vendors to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage on-site technical operations, including HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients, site teams, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
