We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and engineering, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of AI developers to deliver scalable and production-ready solutions. They will conduct research to determine the best AI models and solutions for integration into our ecosystem and existing products.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the AI development team to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • AI Research: Conduct research to identify the most effective AI models and solutions for integration into our ecosystem.
  • Proof of Concept: Develop and oversee proofs of concept to validate AI-driven capabilities and business value.
  • Tech Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members across AI and software development functions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with overall product vision and business strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of AI and engineering talent to build a high-performance team aligned with organizational goals.
  • Architecture: Define the AI architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and existing systems.
  • Lifecycle Management: Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI feature development—from ideation, design, and prototyping to deployment and performance tuning.
  • MLOps: Establish MLOps practices for continuous training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and internal security standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Experience: 5+ years' of relevant experience
  • AI Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
  • Social Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Communication: Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
