Visual Designer Position

We're seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles and be able to apply them across various projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Create clear, intentional, and visually appealing designs that communicate brand values and messaging.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all outputs.
  • Design motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Work with AI as an assistant to create engaging content.
  • Build templates and reusable assets for other teams to use.
  • Design for events and print materials, including trade show booths and offline experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, social media, advertising, and collateral.
  • Work with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
  • Develop case studies showcasing product and engineering work.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be open to feedback and collaboration.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator (or equivalent tools).
  • Working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Portfolio showcasing range and versatility, with a focus on storytelling.
  • Ability to take abstract ideas and turn them into clear, usable designs.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX is a plus.
  • Experience creating short-form content with speed and intent.
