About the Role

We seek a skilled Visualizer to design and create captivating visual narratives for various mediums. Your expertise in turning ideas into powerful visuals will be instrumental in developing campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that captivate audiences and drive results.

You will collaborate closely with our creative and copy teams to bring concepts to life with imagination, precision, and a strong sense of storytelling. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing visually stunning concepts, layouts, and artworks.
  • Translating briefs into engaging visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Crafting integrated campaigns alongside copywriters, art directors, and creative leads.
  • Delivering designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that breathe life into ideas.
  • Exploring new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior designers, sharing feedback and design best practices.
  • Managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in design/visualisation, preferably in an agency setup.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • The ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas efficiently.
  • A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude as a team player.

Nice to have:

  • Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
  • Experience working on digital-first campaigns.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools.
