Customer Service Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. This role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
