The role will involve ensuring efficient office operations, managing facilities, coordinating vendor services, supporting international guest logistics, and assisting with organizing office activities, projects, and events. This full-time position offers regional coverage, allowing you to contribute significantly to our support department's growth and operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Facilities & Office Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of office premises and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for office services (cleaning, transport, catering), ensuring quality, cost control, and timely service.
  • Cafeteria Management: Manage cafeteria vendor selection, quality control, and employee satisfaction.
  • Transport Management: Coordinate transport services, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies.
  • International Guest Management: Coordinate logistics for international guests, including accommodation, transportation, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth experience during their visit.
  • Activity/Project/Program Organization: Assist in organizing office activities, events, or parties, ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks.
Key Requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in facilities management, vendor coordination, and office operations
  • Ability to manage expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Experience in handling logistics for international guests
  • Ability to organize activities or events efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
