Key Purpose & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive legal support to agencies across South Asia, ensuring compliance and safeguarding commercial interests.
  • Advise stakeholders on various legal matters, including commercial, employment, intellectual property, data privacy, ethics, compliance, and generative artificial intelligence.
  • Manage litigation and arbitration matters, drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
  • Provide employment law guidance and maintain records of litigation and compliance matters.
  • Conduct research and deliver training initiatives on compliance, contracts management, and data protection.
