Oracle Flexcube Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Seeking a seasoned Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for core banking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple Oracle Flexcube modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering and gap analysis for new business needs.
  • Provide customizations, interfaces, and reports based on business requirements.
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube.
  • Manage end-of-day (EOD) and beginning-of-day (BOD) operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as an Oracle Flexcube techno-functional consultant.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes.
  • Good experience with multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury).
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems.
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
