Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and selling insurance products to clients, providing expertise in insurance solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Work closely with relationship managers across the organization to drive the insurance business.
  • Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers through relationship managers mapped to you.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall targets with self and team.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Client Consultation:

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively.
  • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all insurance transactions comply with company regulations and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the company system.
  • Stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in life insurance sector.
