Project Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to delivery.

  • Responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Diligent in reporting project progress to stakeholders and management through regular MIS updates.
  • Develops process improvements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and teams to optimize resources and drive change initiatives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, Gantt charts, budgets, and safety plans for successful project delivery.
  • Ensures adherence to health and safety protocols and provides support in troubleshooting installation issues.
  • Coordinates with the purchase team for accurate BOM submission and resolves DGPD & ZFD selection and configuration issues with the RMS team.
  • Tracks major costs, updates WBS in ERP, and maintains 100% project documentation.
  • Provides design and engineering support, optimizing designs to minimize costs.
  • Conducts design validation, identifies constraints, analyzes bottlenecks, and implements corrective actions.
  • Prioritizes projects, allocates resources, conducts client meetings, vendor meetings, site visits, and coordination.
  • Understands client requirements through need-based meetings, manages vendors, and improves processes.
  • Trains teams on technical and safety aspects, maintains proper documentation, and ensures accessibility on OneDrive and ERP.
  • Maintains standards and guidelines, implements new ideas, and uses design software for added value in engineering design.
  • Identifies resource requirements, including design software, to meet design goals.
Coordinations:
  • Coordinates with sales teams to understand client needs, conducts need-based meetings, and manages commercial/SOW-related issues.
  • Follows up with purchase teams for material dispatch, discusses Asset Management with teams, and coordinates project handover.
  • Manages vendors, empanels them, develops them, and ensures ESG compliance, quality processes, and vendor safety training.
