Project Manager - Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Residential and Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Projects.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned project manager to join our team and take on a leadership role. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, planning and coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure effective communication among stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
