Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our organization's digital transformation journey. Over the last 18 months, we have initiated various initiatives aimed at enhancing our digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and test new technologies to identify practical applications for different departments.
  • Support the implementation and roll-out of new systems, including pilot testing, feedback, and user support.
  • Create digital training materials to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to facilitate staff adoption of new tools with confidence.
  • Assist IT with troubleshooting and support when required.
  • Track and monitor licenses and costs for digital tools, flagging opportunities for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and the training team to identify critical digital skills and develop training resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A diploma/degree in IT, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms and AI tools.
  • Digital content creation skills: ability to create training videos, tutorials, and engaging digital learning material.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and resilience to find effective solutions.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies.
  • Good communication and administrative skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.
