Job Title

A skilled and experienced Lead Data Engineer is sought after to join our organization. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Azure and Databricks.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Azure and Databricks, with a strong understanding of modern data architectures and governance principles.

We value efficiency-driven mindset and strong communication skills. The candidate should be able to share knowledge, mentor effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable ELT/ETL workflows with Databricks, Delta Lake, ADF, and other Azure services.
  • Work with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs) for CI/CD and environment management.
  • Optimize Spark, SQL, and Python code for performance and scalability.
  • Mentor team members to improve overall team productivity and technical capability.
Requirements
  • 8+ years in Data Engineering with at least 5 years hands-on in Azure & Databricks.
  • Strong expertise in Databricks, Azure Data Services, Python, SQL, Spark, and modern data architectures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations.
