Key Financial Leadership Role

Our organization values collaboration and offers a dynamic work environment. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead financial reporting for the Group, including standalone, subsidiaries, and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS / IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate with the Finance Automation team to enhance reporting requirements across functions.
  • Establish and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) across processes.
  • Implement, monitor, and audit internal controls, including GITC and ITAC controls.
  • Provide technical expertise for various accounting matters. Liaise with external technical consultants, statutory auditors, and investors on accounting memos preparation, finalization, and reporting.
  • Prepare and report monthly MIS-FS to stakeholders.
  • Review and report indirect costs, including finalizing ARDs for stakeholders' reporting.
  • Develop and implement finance ERP implementation charters for the Group.
  • Improve delivery cost accounting, reporting, and automation for efficient reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience of 5+ years in controllership functions.
  • Strong analytical skills: linking financial results to operational performance drivers, generating alternatives, and driving positive change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: conveying complex business issues clearly and concisely.
  • Adaptability: openness to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and ambiguous situations.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, inventory/WMS systems.
