At Riverforest Connections Private Limited, we are seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Lead to spearhead our ETL Data Integration strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success. As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals, developing and implementing best practices for DWBI project management and architecture, and ensuring data quality and performance improvement.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can effectively manage a team of 10 members, providing 24x7 information support to our BIU business verticals. If you have a strong analytical background, preferably in the banking domain, and are well-versed in SQL Server or Oracle databases, we'd like to hear from you.

Here are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Lead a team of 10 members to drive ETL/ELT Data Integration and DWBI projects, ensuring smooth communication between internal and external teams.
  • Develop and implement best practices for DWBI project management and architecture, providing mentorship to team members.
  • Measure data quality, identify gaps, and implement proper maker/checker processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify areas for improvement, automation, and tuning for better performance of existing and new ETL scripts/packages.
  • Effectively manage the team to provide 24x7 information support to BIU business verticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, preferably in the banking domain, and be well-versed in SQL Server or Oracle databases. A functional knowledge of banking products, processes, and data is also desirable. In addition, the candidate should possess strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to successful candidates. This role also offers opportunities for career growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative organization.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in ETL/ELT Data Integration and DWBI projects.
  • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or MBA) with a strong analytical background.
  • SQL Server or Oracle database knowledge.
  • Functional knowledge of banking products, processes, and data (desirable).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
