Lead Content Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement and conversion across multiple platforms.
  • Research trending topics, formats, and creative ideas to maintain a fresh and impactful content calendar.
  • Collaborate with the team to assist with brand shoots, adoption drives, and fundraising campaigns, including pre-production and on-ground support.
  • Coordinate influencer, volunteer, and celebrity relationships, ensuring seamless communication and scheduling.
  • Create basic social media creatives and edits using design tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Utilize AI tools to ideate, draft, and execute creative content faster and more efficiently.
  • Write compelling captions, post copy, and social media content calendars that align with our animal welfare storytelling mission.
  • Track analytics and performance to optimize content reach, fundraising, and engagement.
  • Coordinate PR opportunities, collaborations, and campaign launches to amplify our impact.

Required Skills & Qualities:
  • 13 years of experience in social media management (agency or brand side).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong research skills and curiosity to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • BASIC GRAPHIC DESIGN OR VIDEO EDITING SKILLS (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
  • COMFORTABLE USING AI TOOLS (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) FOR CONTENT IDEAS AND EXECUTION
  • A good sense of storytelling, trends, and audience engagement.
  • PASSION FOR ANIMALS AND COMPASSION-DRIVEN CONTENT
