Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and experienced social media marketing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that connect with our audience.

Your primary focus will be on creating high-quality content, managing our social media calendars, and tracking key metrics to provide performance reports with actionable insights.

You will work closely with our design, marketing, and content teams to ensure all content aligns with our brand's message and is aligned with emerging trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Develop and manage end-to-end social media campaigns
  • Use tools like Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite to manage social media calendars
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and day-to-day life using a camera or phone
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance included)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Passion for social media, storytelling, and content creation
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Creative thinker with strong content writing and visual storytelling skills
