**Job Title:** Production and Client Orders Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end process of bridal production and client orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with design and sampling teams to ensure smooth transition from design finalization to production.
  2. Prepare and maintain detailed production schedules, tracking progress against deadlines.
  3. Monitor quality standards at each stage of production, ensuring bridal pieces meet brand benchmarks.
  4. Liaise with artisans, vendors, and embroidery/finishing units for timely completion of work.
  5. Maintain inventory of fabrics, trims, and embellishments required for bridal collections.

Client Order Management:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for bridal clients regarding their custom orders.
  2. Record client measurements, customizations, and delivery timelines with accuracy.
  3. Share progress updates with clients and address queries during the production cycle.
  4. Oversee client trials/fittings and coordinate with the production team on alterations.
  5. Ensure on-time and seamless delivery of final bridal ensembles.

Operations & Coordination:

  1. Maintain detailed order sheets and ensure documentation accuracy.
  2. Support in vendor management, including sourcing and follow-ups for fabrics/embellishments.
  3. Collaborate with logistics for smooth dispatches and deliveries.
  4. Generate weekly reports on order status, production timelines, and client deliveries.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Fashion Management, Production, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience in bridal or couture production/client servicing.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  5. Ability to handle multiple orders and strict deadlines.
  6. Knowledge of bridal wear fabrics, embroideries, and finishing techniques preferred.
