Job Overview

The ASIC Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies for complex integrated circuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop thorough test plans and procedures for ADC/DAC, SERDES, ATPG, Boundary Scan, and other testing requirements.
  • Develop and implement advanced automated test pattern generation (ATPG) techniques to significantly reduce test time and enhance fault coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize test fixtures and interfaces for various System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of test results to identify root causes of failures and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ASIC test engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital logic, computer architecture, and software development principles.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Python, or VHDL.
  • Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools like Synopsys Design Compiler, Cadence Encounter, and/or Mentor Graphics ModelSim.
