Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Infrastructure Specialist to administer and troubleshoot enterprise backup systems and SAN storage arrays. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enterprise Backup Systems Administration: Manage and maintain enterprise backup systems, ensuring seamless data protection and disaster recovery.
  2. Storage Array Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with SAN storage arrays, minimizing downtime and ensuring high system availability.
  3. Replication and Data Lifecycle Management: Coordinate replication and duplication processes across backup platforms, ensuring data integrity and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  4. Maintenance Coordination and SLA Compliance: Work closely with vendors to ensure timely maintenance activities and meet SLA requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in backup and storage infrastructure.
  • Expertise in NetApp, Hitachi, Veritas NetBackup, and EMC technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SAN/NAS technologies and performance troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
