About this role

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to support our team with 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity or venture capital. This is a full-time remote opportunity offering deep exposure to venture finance, startups and cross-border investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage legal processes: Assist in managing legal processes for investments, exits and corporate actions.
  • Review transaction documents: Review and finalize transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements and convertible instruments.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: Liaise with founders, investors and legal teams to efficiently close deals.
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities and foreign exchange laws.

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience and skills: 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity or venture capital. Strong knowledge of corporate, securities and FEMA regulations.
  • Mindset and abilities: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Background: Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply.
