We are seeking a Visual Communication Specialist to join our team of innovative designers.

This role involves designing user interfaces that effectively communicate brand messages. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing both static designs and interactive prototypes created using Framer.

The successful candidate will be able to translate complex ideas into stunning, intuitive interfaces and will have excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.

  • Design pixel-perfect user interfaces that communicate brand stories effectively
  • Create visual communication systems including icons, illustrations, and interactive elements
  • Develop responsive web interfaces and micro-interactions using Framer
  • Transform brand guidelines into cohesive digital experiences across platforms
  • Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams in our creative workspace
  • Design marketing materials, landing pages, and campaign visuals that convert

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Translating brand messages into engaging digital interfaces
  2. Creating visual communication systems that effectively convey messages
  3. Designing pixel-perfect user interfaces that communicate brand stories

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • UI Design mastery in Figma with strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
  • Framer expertise for building interactive prototypes and production-ready web components
  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects for motion graphics)
  • Visual communication skills - ability to convey messages through design
  • Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for creative ideation
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge for seamless Framer development
  • Understanding of branding, design systems, and visual hierarchy
