About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery to create seamless user experiences.
  • Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools like Figma to bring designs to life.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens to streamline design processes.

Essential Skills & Expertise

  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows to facilitate efficient design.
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization to deliver effective results.
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles to create accessible products.
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
  • Passion for staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration and ensure cohesive product launches.
