As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement design strategies that drive simplicity, trust, and impact for farmer-centric digital experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring clarity, accessibility, and delight to interfaces. This includes conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to optimize key funnels and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Your expertise in Figma and prototyping tools will enable you to create high-quality designs that meet business and product goals. You will also partner with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into actionable design deliverables.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of designing for mobile-first products at scale. Your experience in shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact is highly desirable.

In addition to your technical skills, you must be an empathetic and user-obsessed individual who is mission-driven and organized. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with frequent field feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
  • User research, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design practices
  • Familiarity with design for low-bandwidth, multilingual, and offline-first contexts
