Opcenter Core MES Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, configuring, developing and testing the Opcenter application to meet the operational needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain Siemens Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar MES) application.
  2. Analyze and design requested functionality in the development environment.
  3. Install and configure Opcenter Core & Electronics high availability.
  4. Collaborate with operations teams to test and accept new changes in the Opcenter test environment.
  5. Migrate newly developed functionality to the production environment.
  6. Monitor the Opcenter Core & Electronics application.
  7. Maintain documentation for key applications.
  8. Follow industry leading practices for Software Development Life Cycle.
  9. Collaborate with global IT teams for Opcenter Core & Electronics MES projects.
  10. Support analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in planning, designing, configuring, developing, implementing and maintaining Opcenter Core & Electronics (Camstar MES) application.
  • Leadership experience in implementing 2 or more deployments of Siemens Opcenter implementation.
  • Proficiency in Modelling, Printing & Labeling Change, CIO setting, Portal Layout Changes, Business Rules.
  • Experience in Opcenter Core Designer.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
