Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
  • Handle guest requests and queries promptly and courteously.
  • Support the Food and Beverage Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
