Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and executing client projects to ensure timely and successful delivery. You will be the link between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, and efficient execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Monitor project progress and handle routine updates to ensure milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and client services, to ensure proper execution of tasks.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Track project documentation, ensuring all records, project plans, and reports are updated and accurate.
  • Assist in risk identification and management by maintaining issue logs and ensuring resolutions are tracked.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure that project-related queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Support in project billing, budgeting, and resource allocation tracking.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments post-completion to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management support role, preferably in IT services or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar).
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the MDM or data management field.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance and analytics tools.
