About this role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Record all financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain petty cash entries and reconcile bank statements on a regular basis.
  • Prepare detailed reports and submit GST/TDS returns as required.
  • Generate sales invoices and send them to customers promptly.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and minimal discrepancies.
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings and ensure all expenses are within budget.
  • Handle employee reimbursements according to company policy and procedure.
  • Oversee office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, ensuring timely vendor payments and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure office utilities function properly and payments are made on time.
  • Renew AMC contracts for AC, pest control, coffee machines, etc., and schedule servicing as needed.
  • Maintain expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and digital formats.

Requirements:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in accounting/commerce.
