Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payment from customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in financial administration. You should be proficient in Xero accounting software and possess strong analytical skills to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate invoicing of customers by working closely with the Sales Support team.
- Responding to customers in a timely manner in all accounts and billing queries.
- Monitor Customer Deposits and Deferred Revenue.
- Reconciling trade debtors and trade creditors along with debt collection on a monthly basis.
- Reconciling of bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards.
- Assist with month-end closing journal entries and preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Checking contractors invoices and payroll manual journal.
Requirements:
- Between 2 - 7 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Hybrid work opportunity available.
