Job Title: Online Merchandiser

Firstcry is Asia's largest online shopping portal for kids and baby products, with over 2 lakh products and 10 million happy customers.

The company has grown rapidly since its inception in 2010, expanding from 4 members to over 2000 employees. We are headquartered in Pune and have a presence in Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the online shopping experience by enhancing product visibility, updating promotional activities, and improving navigation and conversion rates.
  • Execute the site merchandising calendar for multiple properties across FC platforms, including new product and season launches, cross-category placements, and maintaining various site pages.
  • Develop and execute Firstcry site-wide events and search results.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Social Media for integrated content planning and execution.
  • Promotional Wireframe Planning: Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and implement promotional wireframes on the website.
  • Image Selection: Work with the internal and design team to select high-quality images for product listings, banners, and promotional content, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.

You will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive execution of merchandising strategies, and collaborate with buying, creative, and content teams to ensure accurate and compelling product pages, including images, descriptions, and specifications.

Requirements:

Experience in merchandising or a related field.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
