Documentation Specialist

This position is responsible for creating high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our target audience.
As a Technical Writer, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain technical content that is accurate, concise, and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop user guides, FAQs, and product overviews that are informative and engaging.
- Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality documentation on time.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in peer review processes to improve content quality.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
- Suggest improvements to screen labels and error messages to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with onsite trainers to deliver required documents.
- Strong writing, editing, and reviewing skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio.
