Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.

Job Description:

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of Salesforce applications and integrations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring junior developers.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business.

Responsibilities may include the following:

  • Design and develop complex Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
  • Develop and implement advanced Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
  • Oversee the development of Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
  • Architect and design robust Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and business needs.
  • Review and optimize existing code, ensuring performance, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
  • Create technical design documents and architectural diagrams to support development and implementation efforts.
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, including complex code problems and system errors.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce support and other teams to address and resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
