Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Management Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in workforce management and be proficient in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

This role requires strong reporting skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prepare and present reports and dashboards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing daily/weekly/monthly reports on resource utilization and availability, tracking bench employees, coordinating with internal teams for deployment, maintaining and updating rosters, shift schedules, and adherence reports, and managing real-time staffing adjustments to meet business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in workforce/resource management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare and present reports and dashboards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
