Key Responsibilities

  • We assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • We work with our influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with objectives.
  • We support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
  • We assist in reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets standards before posting.
  • We coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • We manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • We work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • We support the Senior Manager in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • We identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.
  • We build and maintain strong relationships with talent through regular communication and prompt resolution of concerns.

Requirements:

  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in artist/influencer management
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
