Job Overview

The Operations Manager- GIS plays a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of a large team of analysts. This position involves engaging with customers, ensuring achievement of customer service goals, managing key performance indicators, and maintaining knowledge of service tasks and programs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of a large team of analysts.
  • Engage with customers to resolve escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements, including technology and performance improvements.
  • Prioritize tasks, organize resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all service tasks, programs, systems, and telecommunications capabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You should also have experience in workforce management applications, quality tools, and technologies. Additionally, you should be able to set and prioritize specific objectives and drive results.

This role requires proficiency in Work-force management applications, Quality tools and technologies and ability to develop and implement process enhancements including technology and performance.
