Chief Telecom Regulatory Affairs Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting various policies and regulations related to telecom infrastructure. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review Right of Way (RoW) policies of various States/UTs/Central Government organizations
- Interpret and apply relevant sections of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, the Indian Telegraph RoW Rules, 2016, amendments (2022, 2023), and the Telecommunication Act, 2023
- Support policy alignment and coordination with States/UTs for Adoption of Building Bye-laws, Green Energy Open Access, and Single Billing systems
- Suggest legal strategies to resolve disputes with municipalities and state government departments during project execution
- Provide legal review and recommendations for telecom infrastructure policies
- Prepare legal inputs, summaries, and management reports for submission to higher officials
- Liaise with internal departments, legal teams, and external stakeholders for legal clarifications and compliance
- Handle litigation matters related to telecom/e-governance initiatives independently with minimal supervision
- Draft legal documents, memos, and formal correspondence as needed
