Absenteeism Specialist

As a Workday Absence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and configuration of absence management solutions within Workday. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with project teams to identify and analyze business requirements, drafting functional specifications, and configuring the Workday Absence Management module.

• You will work closely with stakeholders to plan and implement absence management processes, ensuring seamless integration with HR and payroll systems.
• You will develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes, facilitating smooth transitions and user adoption.
• You will design and execute testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

• You should have a Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module, with a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance regulations.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
