Marine Operations Associate Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

As a Marine Operations Associate, you will oversee daily fleet operations, coordinate with various departments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily noon reports/position reports and coordinate with vessel masters to ensure charter terms are met.
  2. Collect cargo documents from vessels at load/discharge ports.
  3. Evaluate and analyze vessel performance in charterers' performance format.
  4. Prepare freight invoices and demurrage claims as per charter party and follow up with charterers for timely payment.
  5. Ensure deck and engine logs are sent to charterers within stipulated time.
  6. Raise monthly invoices for charter hire, freight, bunker reimbursement, and demurrage.
  7. Assist vessel Operation Superintendent in day-to-day work for smooth vessel operation.
  8. Select, appoint, and approve agency PDA and FDA.

  • B.E Mechanical Graduate qualification.
  • Full-time, permanent, and fresher job types.
