Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Team Facilitator to oversee the development process and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to guarantee smooth project execution.

Help the team remove impediments and obstacles hindering progress.

Act as a servant leader to the development team, fostering collaboration and communication within the team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is always learning and adapting.

Process Management:

Ensure the Scrum process is followed and track project progress using Agile tools and techniques.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of the Scrum process, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of the team's progress and any issues.

Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the development team.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.

Abilities and Skills:

5+ years of experience in Scrum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles

Experience with Agile tools and techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of software development life cycles and methodologies

Experience with Scrum framework and its implementation

Excellent facilitation and coaching skills

Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

Results-driven and goal-oriented individual

Strong passion for Agile practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Scrum
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Experience with Agile tools and techniques
