About this role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Management expert to join our dynamic finance team. This position will play a pivotal role in driving financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Reporting
    • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
    • Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Controllership & Compliance
    • Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
    • Ensure statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, ROC, FEMA) compliance.
    • Coordinate with auditors for smooth audits and reviews.
  • Process Excellence & Governance
    • Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
    • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
    • Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline across all business verticals.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Expertise in financial systems and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
