We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Director Intern. This role offers a unique chance to work on a high-impact documentary film project focusing on India's advancements in space science and technology.

The successful candidate will assist the Director in day-to-day project activities during pre-production, production, and post-production. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Director in planning and executing the film project.
  • Developing English-language scripts, treatments, and narrative structures.
  • Conducting research on space initiatives, history, and related topics.
  • Coordinating with the production team for scheduling, shot lists, and logistics.
  • Translating finalized English scripts into Hindi, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural relevance.
  • Providing creative input for visuals, graphics, and storyboarding.

To be eligible for this internship, candidates should possess:

  • Film school education or recent graduation with a keen interest in scientific films.
  • Strong command of English writing (script, narrative, research synthesis).
  • Familiarity with documentary filmmaking and/or government/educational films is preferred.
  • Able to work under deadlines and adapt to dynamic production needs.
